By downloading or using MemoryLens, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English.
1. The service
MemoryLens is a photo organization app available on Android and iOS. We provide on-device AI face clustering, smart search, and folder management. A Supabase-backed account is required to sync your subscription across devices.
2. Your account
- You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account may be active on one device at a time. You may remotely sign out other devices from Settings.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Subscriptions and payments
- MemoryLens offers a Free tier and paid plans (Basic ₹199/mo, Pro ₹299/mo).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed by Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued except where required by law.
- Billing errors: email memorylens.support@gmail.com within 30 days.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our AI models.
- Use MemoryLens to identify people without their knowledge or consent in violation of applicable law.
- Circumvent subscription limits through technical means.
- Violate Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual property
MemoryLens and all associated code, design, and AI models are owned by us. Your photos and face data derived from them remain yours — we claim no rights over your content.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is." We do not warrant that face recognition will be 100% accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. AI models may make mistakes — always verify important identifications.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of data, indirect, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
9. Changes
We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
